ReplyDeleteI have to disagree with your opinion(s) of the ending of the film. I have to think that the film's ending was incredibly necessary.
ReplyDeleteThe ending wasn't something that people immediately understand. If you look at what actually happened, even with all the questions being explained, you have a mass of people that still argue about the ending of the film. I won't give away the ending, but the fact that so much was given out and it was "unnecessary" by your own opinions, I'd say that it shouldn't be so debated, but it is.
The film, in my opinion, was smart, classic and beautiful like most of Scorsese's work. I agree with a lot of things that were stated, but I wouldn't so quickly under sell this film. (A 2.5 is underselling it)
